A W.D.T.I Original 3D Remodel Design - Early 1900s Home in Fairfax, OK
Come with us as we go through this SUPER CUTE "Who'Da Thunk It Creative Designs," Original 3D Remodel design of an early 1900s, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath home in Fairfax, OK.
(Designed to Scale by Designer Racheal Norris)
This house belonged to Racheal's father, who willed it to her in early 2010. During the recession, Racheal and her very young family moved in to keep the place up and maintained while raising their young family. It was in good shape, just entirely outdated.
Before deciding to move to Montana to pursue a lifelong dream Racheal has, they had decided to remodel. They had even begun some of the demo stages, and Racheal designed this beautiful 3D remodeled home to bring all of her ideas and thoughts to life in one place so that she could see what it would look like before they even got started.
Working with the home's original footprint to keep the overall cost lower, but also for sentimental purposes and history, Racheal redesigned the entire house's interior. Going with an English Cottage meets Farmhouse, meets Semi-Industrial scheme, it worked. She added better flow, more square footage, bonus rooms, and character to a once one-room home that had been added onto several times over the years and had somehow lost its way.
